The Problem

How can we provide the bank’s customer with a totally digital and innovative experience that allows them to easily learn about the bank’s service and products that is intuitive to all clients regardless of their digital abilities

My Role

UX Design – Project Manager

I served as the point person between our clients, users, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the project.
I participated in the ideation process with the advertising agency and with the bank’s UX team
I created user flows and user journeys and lead the UI design team.
I performed user acceptance testing to evaluate if the interface fulfilled the clients’ requirements and achieved user satisfaction and comprehension.

Deliver

In a timeframe of 6 months our team was able to successfully deliver:
A veriaty of Interactive wall screens and iteractive games

Outcomes

Improved customer engagement, providing an innovative experience and faster services
Collected customer demographic, behavioral and interest data for future marketing campaigns
Generated leads to sell bank services and products with Salesforce
Positioned the bank as the first bank in Ecuador to innovate with a fully digital agency
